With Round 3 complete, Michael Grimm & Delta Bound joined Concrete Hillbilly, and Desert Outlaws as finalists in the DDT Opening Act Competition. The finals are now set and will take place this Saturday, September 1st at the the Roadrunner Cowboy Saloon at 215 & Flamingo.
One of these three bands will be opening up KWNR's Double Down Throwdown at the Orleans Arena and this is your chance to put them there! Make your plans to come on out and bring all of your friends this Saturday night to the Roadrunner!

Got a few decent shots of Michael. He was really well-received. It was pretty surreal, concrete cowboyland. Place was jammed. Lotta tats and Toby Keith hats (on the guys too). To be eligible to vote for the band of your choice required that you buy a 4 bottle tub of Buttwiper beer (in those luvlee aluminum bottles) and get a "token" to drop in a vote bin. I'm suckin' on some Courvoisier at the moment to purge the swill taste outa my mouth. Ugh.
