Dec 3rd updates - Lindo Michoacan La Loma

Our friend Javier has now opened his fourth Lindo Michoacan restaurant, his most ambitious effort to date. Cheryl and I have been goin' to the flagship property on D.I. at Eastern since we moved here 17 years ago. The new restaurant, up on the hill on the south side at 645 Carnegie St. (Horizon Ridge just east of S. Eastern, Henderson) overlooking the Strip to the NW, is as big as all of his other locations combined -- and then some. Place was a bustling, happy beehive last night. The food was as great as I've come to routinely expect. Y'all need to go check it out. Live music, too, btw.
