Dec 8th gig at The Palms

Jeff Ray opened once again on guitar, and once again fried the guitar ride in "Brother to Brother." Derek Jones ( Cirque "Ka" bassist) again subbed exquisitely on bass, Michael Gonzales subbing in as well (Tony Davich was out tonight, and Jamie had a corporate gig that put him way late getting to The Palms).

Got a lot of shots to triage, will post incrementally. Getting a bit of a late start too. The hang ran long tonight.

Musical highlights tonight? "I Feel Good," "Come With Me," "Si Te Vas" (with co-author and Santa Fe alum Carlos David Perez sitting to to help sing it), "Wishing Well" (Jerry Jones sittin' in on vocals, and my bud Dean Reichert sittin' in on guitar), "Greazy Thing," (replete with Dr. Lenny's transient amnesia on the start of the 2nd verse lyrics, LOL!) "Love Somebody," and the closing "We are Nothing" (our bro' Joe Bergeron sitting in on hand percussion.
